Exercise One: Mastering the ability to play the interval of a third easily, using fingers 4 and 5.
Exercise Two: Building strength and control of fingers 3 and 4.
Exercise Three: Strengthening the inner fingers (2-3-4) of each hand.
Exercise Four: Strengthening the outer fingers (4-5) of each hand.
Exercise Five: Transferring the weight of the arm evenly over all the fingers of the hand.
Exercise Six: Strengthening finger 5 as it alternates with all the other fingers of the hand.
Exercise Seven: Strengthening the outer fingers (3-4-5) of the hand. Contracting the hand by placing fingers 1 and 3 on adjacent keys.
